Assures a clean and orderly service area, providing a safe environment for service personnel. Responsible for meeting individual and department productivity goals. Must be competent with inventory processes, utility technician responsibilities, and complete all required training as directed by the leader. May be required to communicate with vendors and customers professionally and effectively to resolve tasks. Maintains compliance with all applicable standards (SOPs and work instructions) in performing job duties. Performs all job tasks at a high level of quality and detail, meeting or exceeding productivity expectations. Demonstrates aptitude to learn the use of biomedical systems (i.e., OneTrack) and various device testing software. Strong commitment to the McKesson i2Care and iLead principles. Promotes a customer - patient centric culture.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of related experience
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Organized with strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to remain flexible and respond to changing priorities while remaining focused on results
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to lift 50+lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Biomedical Associates Degree, similar healthcare technology management degree, biomedical-related military experience, vocational certification, related experience in medical device repair, or experience with biomedical programming/use
  • Vocational certification needs to be issued by an Accredited Certificate Program
  • Prior work experience preferred in the biomedical field
