WORK MODEL#LI-OnSiteWHAT YOU WILL DOAssist with the timely processing of operational expenses by the Legal Department.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Assist with processing Legal Division spend for reimbursement from affiliates and factories. Help process payment requests to Finance for Legal Division vendors. Support with reporting activities on Legal Division spend. Coordinate with the Finance Division on payment status and related issues. Provide back-up support to other administrative staff in the Legal Division. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor. Work independently, innovatively, and efficiently in a high pace environment handling multiple responsibilities and meeting multiple deadlines. This position supports the bookkeeping function within the Legal Division. Though decisions are not critical to the running of the division or company, each decision is based on knowledge and understanding of what needs to be done to bring a project to closure in a professional and timely manner. This is a support position, focused on delivering day-to-day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision. Exercise of discretion and independent judgment directly related to significant management and/or general business operations is not required.

Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Two or more years of administrative and bookkeeping work experience is required.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsof Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Outlook, AS400, SAP, TeamConnect, and Business Objects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
