About The Position
Join our team as an Associate Billing Representative at C.H. Robinson, where you will play a vital role in managing the financial transactions that keep our operations running smoothly. In this position, you will be responsible for compiling and inputting amounts owed, processing invoices and payments, reconciling records, and resolving any discrepancies. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential as you maintain accurate financial data and support process improvements. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. As an Associate Billing Representative, you will be tasked with various duties, including compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors or other individuals, or owed to the company by customers or clients, and inputting these figures into the accounting system. You will receive and distribute invoices, verifying their accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, you will enter invoice amounts into the accounting system and process invoices or payments, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Your role will also involve reconciling amounts received or owed by comparing invoices to purchase orders or other records. You will respond to inquiries from customers or clients, researching and resolving any concerns or discrepancies that may arise. Supporting ideas for process improvement will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will developing professional relationships with internal and external partners. You will maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional service. Continuous development of your skills and knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes will be encouraged, along with other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and country-specific requirements.
