About the position
Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our Therapists work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, playing and following carefully created plans designed to promote independence. We offer competitive rates starting between $23 - $27 per hour, with full-time applicants eligible for up to $2,000 in signing incentives and $250 monthly bonuses. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with sessions taking place Monday through Friday, anywhere from 8am-6:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Work directly with children in their homes to promote independence.
- Follow carefully created treatment plans designed for each child.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Associate's Degree (60+ credit hours) and at least 6 months of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience can be considered for either full time or evening opportunities.
