The Associate Banker also handles customer transaction-based needs, reviews customer profiles for potential opportunities, and addresses everyday banking plans and credit card needs. They contribute to branch business results and customer experience, support operational activities like inventory management and escalated service requests, and act as a key member of the branch team. The role requires probing to understand customer needs, integrating marketing promotions, organizing information for accuracy, and finding creative approaches to personalize customer experiences. This position also involves adhering to risk and compliance processes, safeguarding customer assets, maintaining privacy, and staying current with financial services, legal, and regulatory environments. The Associate Banker is expected to maintain knowledge of personal banking products, identify and report suspicious activities, and comply with all legal and ethical requirements. They complete complex tasks, analyze issues, and make risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy.
