They contribute to branch business results and customer experience, support operational activities like inventory management and escalated service requests, and act as a key member of the branch team. The role involves understanding customer needs, integrating marketing promotions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and continuously improving the customer experience. The position may require working at multiple branches or through various channels with a flexible schedule. It also involves adhering to risk and compliance processes, safeguarding customer assets, maintaining privacy, and staying current with financial market trends, legal, and regulatory environments. The Associate Banker is expected to identify and report suspicious activities related to money laundering, comply with legal requirements, and protect the Bank's assets. They complete complex tasks, analyze issues, and apply BMO's Risk Management Framework to make sound, risk-informed decisions.
