Responsibilities

  • Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
  • Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions.
  • Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities.
  • Welcomes and guides customers in the branch lobby, offering advice on digital and self-serve options.
  • Assists in conducting client conversations about banking services as a lobby leader.
  • Meets customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
  • Reviews customer profiles and engages in needs-based conversations.
  • Contributes to meeting branch business results and customer experience.
  • Supports operational activities such as inventory management and service requests.
  • Acts as a key member of a collaborative branch and market team.
  • Probes to understand customer needs and integrates marketing promotions into conversations.
  • Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Takes initiative to find creative approaches for personalizing customer experiences.
  • Looks for ways to improve the overall branch customer experience.
  • May work at multiple branches based on market needs, with varying schedules.
  • Follows through on risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets.

  • Complies with legal and regulatory requirements for the jurisdiction.
  • Protects the Bank's assets in compliance with all requirements.
