About The Position

As an Associate Banker at BMO, you will deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying their needs and providing advice on financial solutions that are in their best interests. Requirements

• Typically between 1 - 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Confident in using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and responding to challenges.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational, collaboration, and analytical skills.
