About The Position

The Associate Banker for Multinational Corporations in Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while providing comprehensive financial solutions. This role involves working independently and collaboratively to deepen existing client relationships, conduct portfolio reviews, and drive client dialogue. The Associate Banker will leverage their knowledge of various banking products and services to support client needs and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements

• 3 years in a similar banking, venture, credit, or treasury role.
• Outstanding professional reputation and integrity.
• Strong leadership skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment.
• Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure, and negotiate accordingly.
• Extensive knowledge of products and services.
