  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for commercial banking

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in a similar banking or finance role, preferably with exposure to equipment finance, credit analysis, or commercial banking
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Superior knowledge of market dynamics and business environment in the heavy equipment distribution sector
  • Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience with digital banking platforms and CRM tools
