About The Position
We are seeking talented Associate Attorneys with experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Divorce/Family Law Immigration Law Real Estate Title Closing The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our diverse clientele while enjoying the benefits of working in our Singer Island location. Salary is negotiable.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Current membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in at least one of our specified practice areas
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent verbal communication and client relationship abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Familiarity with Florida state and federal court procedures
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are highly valued
- Experience with legal case management software
- Knowledge of the South Florida legal landscape and community
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings related to your area of expertise
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status
- Collaborate with partners and support staff on complex matters
- Stay current on relevant legal developments in your practice area
- Participate in client consultations and development activities
