About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Criminal Defense and Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both areas of law, providing compassionate yet aggressive representation to clients facing legal challenges. This role involves handling a diverse caseload, including criminal defense matters such as DUIs, misdemeanors, felonies, and post-conviction relief, as well as family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support disputes, and domestic violence issues. We need an attorney who has a minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience and is comfortable in a courtroom
Requirements

- Litigation experience
- Licensed Florida attorney in good standing
