Associate Attorney - Single Plaintiff Employment Litigation
About The Position
Single Plaintiff Employment Litigation Associate Attorney (3-7+ years) Seeking associates/senior counsel with employment litigation experience, including: Defending single plaintiff harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, charges, and lawsuits in state and federal court Defending complaints and charges before the CRD, EEOC, and/or California Labor Commissioner General employment-related advice and counsel Preparing and responding to discovery requests Conducting and defending depositions Law and motion work: preparing and responding to dispositive motions, moving to compel arbitration, and discovery-related motions Preparing case evaluations for clients Proactive handling and/or management of cases Preparing for and attending mediations, preparing mediation briefs Attending court hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions Arbitration and trial experience Excellent research and writing skills Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of employment litigation experience
- Admitted to practice law in the State of California
