About The Position
What you will be doing: Conduct advanced legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document review Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial Assist with witness and expert preparation Participate in court appearances and litigation strategy Collaborate directly with clients, experts, and investigators
Requirements
- 2–7 years of litigation experience (law firm or government agency)
- Strong background in complex civil litigation
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Active California Bar admission required
