Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in GA
- Ability to multi-task and handle large case loads
- Work with a team of fellow lawyers and legal assistants
- Work autonomously with willingness to travel in State for hearings
- Consult with current clients as well as potential clients interested in hiring
- BAR (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Criminal law experience preferred
- Trial experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Litigate cases to trial
- Draft legal motions and correspondence to court staff
- Work with a team of fellow lawyers and legal assistants
- Work autonomously with willingness to travel in State for hearings
- Consult with current clients as well as potential clients interested in hiring
