Requirements

Licensed to practice law
Active and in good standing with your local State Bar
Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted
Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members

Nice To Haves

Trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred
Multiple state bar admissions are preferred

Responsibilities

Managing a High-Volume Caseload: Oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.
Engaging with Clients: Maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Conducting Key Litigation Activities: Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.
Advocating in Trials: Serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Competitive Compensation: Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually. The starting base for this early career position will most likely be located closer to $80-100k with additional compensation from settlements and verdicts.
