About The Position
The Confidential was founded in 1996 with a mission to build a dedicated litigation practice that becomes the last firm clients ever need to hire. The firm delivers high-level litigation results while maintaining a focused, team-oriented environment. The firm, located in Denver’s Tech Center, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally within commercial, construction, or insurance-related litigation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Local Candidate’s only
- Active Colorado law license
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
- Comfortable using legal technology
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred
Responsibilities
- Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
- Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft motions
- Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
- Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations
