About The Position

The role will be responsible for providing contract drafting and negotiation services for one of the largest multinational industrial companies in the US. We are looking for someone with least three – five years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Experience in the M&A buy-side, M&A sell-side, data protection/privacy, service agreements, and procurement contracts are preferred.

Requirements

Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Possession of an outstanding customer service attitude
Exception attention to detail
JD from accredited law school is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of contracts negotiation with solid drafting experience.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements from NDAs, DPA, Service Agreements, etc.
Work within contract management systems and client environment
Effectively communicate with client and their stakeholders
Work with the stakeholder to identify and achieve specific business goals
Attend stakeholder meetings and team meetings
Guide stakeholders based on company legal guidance, policy, and process
Independently manage workload by assessing priorities and deadlines for tasks assigned
Perform other tasks as assigned
