Requirements

• J.D. Degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid License to practice in DC, VA or MD.
• Member of the State Bar in good standing.
• High level of motivation, ambition and drive to achieve financial success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate Personal Injury cases independently.
• Develop case strategies and see them through inception to resolution.
• Work closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and representation.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while handling multiple cases.
• Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Draft, assess, analyze, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements.
• Negotiate transactions and agreements governing licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances with outside business entities and organizations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain asset protection strategies and legal risk.
