The attorney in this role will actively seek to bring on new clients by applying sales skills through communication, problem-solving, and persuasion techniques to deliver an exceptional estate and financial planning experience. This position is client-facing. Upon hire, an office will be located and leased convenient for both the attorney and clients. The attorney will host and speak at workshops throughout the metro area, meet in person with probable clients for first consultations, inspire clients to take next steps, retain clients through influence, conduct interim meetings, consult and design individualized estate plans, and conduct document signing meetings with clients. Mentor attorneys and advisors will work closely with the attorney as they develop in the role. Candidates comfortable with public speaking, delivering legal advice, education-based sales, influence, and persuasion are encouraged to apply.
