About The Position

Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, seeking a remote Family Law Associate Attorney to join our Everett office. The position requires the attorney to reside in Washington to attend hearings or meet with clients in the office. The firm offers a unique opportunity with low billable hours requirement (100 per month), direct client contact, and the ability to develop substantive litigation skills early in your career. Requirements

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred.
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, and manage depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
