About The Position
The Associate Attorney position at our Worcester, MA office is a full-time role focused on Elder and Special Needs Law, including MassHealth/Medicaid Applications, Estate Planning, and Probate. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload while also providing support on other cases within the office. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment, reflecting the communities we serve. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting probate and estate planning documents, completing MassHealth Applications by compiling and organizing necessary verifications, and corresponding directly with clients. Additionally, the attorney will assist with public trainings and presentations, contributing to the firm's outreach and education efforts. In this position, the attorney will engage in various tasks including case review and oversight, legal research, and attending networking events to represent the firm. The role also involves marketing responsibilities such as drafting blog posts and presentations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
