Requirements

• Strong academic record and cultural fit.
• Excellent references and a record of job stability.
• Member of the California bar in good standing.
• Relevant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work in various litigation practice groups including business litigation, employment, appellate, general liability, and construction defect.
• Contribute to a diverse and respectful work environment.

• Meet billable hours requirement of 1800 hours with potential for additional bonuses.

Benefits

• Competitive base compensation from $115,000 - $170,000 for 1800 hours.
• Up to $40,000 in additional guaranteed bonus based on hours billed.
