About The Position

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in General Liability and Maritime work, along with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and admission to practice in the State of Florida. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for file review and legal analysis of claims, extensive legal research, drafting substantial briefs, and representing clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions. The role also involves drafting and responding to discovery requests, expert witness retention, trial preparation, and attendance, with some travel required.
