Associate Attorney - Finance/Capital Markets
About The Position
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level (2nd - 5th year), Capital Markets Associate with our client, a top ranked Global Law firm. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have significant drafting experience, and experience with 144A/Reg S transactions. The ideal candidate will also be skilled with representing issuers. A broad-based skill set, including exposure to corporate governance and public company representations is a plus. Strong academic qualifications, excellent written communication and analytical skills, and New York bar admission are required. This role offers a very high compensation package as well as tremendous growth potential within a global leader.
