Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of family law experience (open to new graduates with strong interest in family law).
• Exposure to marital and family law, including drafting legal documents and organizing financial records.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle emotionally sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
• Draft and review pleadings such as petitions, answers, and motions.
• Draft and review agreements, including parenting plans, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements.
• Organize financial records and assist in discovery responses.
• Prepare for mediations and hearings.
• Conduct legal research and communicate findings effectively.
