About The Position

Our prestigious law firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Corporate Advisory team, with a focus on finance. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney to work with top clients and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and guidance to corporate clients on a variety of finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate governance - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda - Participate in negotiations and transactions on behalf of clients - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies for clients - Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice to clients - Manage and oversee junior associates and paralegals on various projects

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of corporate and transactional experience focused in the Finance & Banking area
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background
  • Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you will be located
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional legal advice and building strong client relationships

  • Experience working with top corporations and financial institutions is preferred
