CTA’s Legal Department’s Compliance, Policy and Risk section provides a wide range of support on matters including the Authority’s portfolio of insurance contracts, internal policy/processes, ethics compliance and Freedom of Information requests, and legislative and regulatory compliance. This will involve research, analyzing, interpreting, and drafting policies, procedures, responses, and other legal documents. Each position has an area of focus and a developed expertise within the section. The primary focus of this position will be to support the Authority’s portfolio of insurance contracts and policy matters.
