Requirements

• 1+ years of litigation experience including premises liability, products liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance and/or general construction litigation
• Demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
• Possess strong academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
