Remote Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation Defense
About The Position
Our client is a respected litigation firm with a long-standing history of success representing clients in civil litigation matters. With offices in California and Nevada, they have built a reputation for excellence in trial advocacy, strategic case management, and delivering favorable results for clients across diverse industries. Represent clients in civil litigation defense matters from case intake through resolution Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation Draft pleadings, briefs, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail Appear in court as needed and communicate directly with clients Manage caseload independently while also collaborating with senior attorneys Contribute to firm strategy, case development, and long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Licensed attorney with the State Bar of California (required)
- Minimum 1 year of civil litigation defense experience
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience or genuine interest in trial work is a plus
