About The Position

We seek an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of product liability and/or business litigation experience to support our Product Liability/Complex Torts and Business Litigation Practice Groups. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with or interest in the following: Drafting and responding to discovery, motion practice including preparation and argument, case management and organization skills, taking and defending depositions, development and discovery of experts, trial assistance, and business development.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of product liability/complex torts and/or business litigation experience preferred
• Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience
• Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation and initiative
• Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible)
