About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 years of experience in athlete representation, contracts, salary cap, or NIL.
• Experience with coach or athlete contract negotiations.
• Proven ability to understand and communicate complicated rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, creative, motivational, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships among a diverse workforce.
