About The Position
The Associate Athletic Director, NIL Development will serve as the strategic lead for external revenue opportunities for Syracuse University Football, with a direct focus on maximizing the financial growth of the football program through Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) efforts. The position will work collaboratively with the Syracuse Football operations staff, the Associate Vice President of Athletics Development and SUFBNIL Collective, along with any future collectives or agencies associated with the program. Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director and working closely with the Associate VP of Athletics Advancement, this role is integral to shaping and managing the revenue strategy and donor pipeline for football-specific initiatives, prioritizing NIL-related fundraising and business development.
