About The Position
Wofford College invites applicants for the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Administration position. Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Administration is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the athletics compliance department, physical education department, and completing other administrative duties. This position is responsible for adhering to all Department and College policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the Southern Conference and the NCAA. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position with a normal work schedule is 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Some evening and weekend hours will be expected along with some domestic and international travel and professional development opportunities. Minimal hours of work performance is 37.5 hours/week.
