About The Position

The Associate Asset Management position focuses on the Housing sector within the Real Estate Asset Manager role. Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience, preferably in real estate finance or accounting.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required, preferably in real estate or finance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with asset management duties including modeling, portfolio analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct property valuation and performance analysis.
  • Perform lease analysis and engage in special projects focused on the Housing sector.
  • Review annual operating budgets and assist in annual business plan preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of properties and portfolios.
  • Maintain portfolio models and property valuation files.
  • Prepare and review portfolio level and client reports.
  • Analyze leasing, occupancy, and renovation trends.
  • Participate in regular operations, leasing, and market discussions with property teams and industry professionals.
  • Ensure assets are operated in accordance with management agreements and loan documents.
  • Assist with financing and disposition transactions and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of USD $110,000.00 - $130,000.00.
  • Total compensation may vary based on role, location, and individual performance.
