About The Position
The Associate, Asset Management plays a pivotal role in providing dynamic strategic and financial support to the assets overseen by the Asset Manager (AM). This individual spearheads the identification of value creation opportunities, collaborating closely with the asset team—comprised of members from various divisions and departments—to envision the future trajectory of our retail assets across the United States to implement our vision of creating Sustainable, Mixed-Use Places that help us Reinvent Being Together. Daily, the Associate tackles operational tasks with precision, managing a variety of asset-based projects and maintaining a tight-knit collaboration with their team. With a keen business acumen and a penchant for numbers, they excel in navigating complex environments and solving intricate problems effectively. Embracing a proactive approach, the Associate fosters a results-driven culture within their team, driving towards the attainment of collective goals and objectives.
