About The Position

Purpose: Perform assembly, packaging, shipping functions, and operate machines and equipment to fabricate parts for assembly, and sub-assembly of parts. Complete required paperwork. This is an on-site role in Utica, NY with first shift hours of 6:55AM - 3:25PM.

Requirements

• Able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Preferred 1 year manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing assembly, sub-assembly, inspection, and packaging duties to assemble, ship select medical devices following companies' policies and procedures.
• Operate machine set up by another with defined adjustments.
• Load/Unload parts and cut/trim parts using established procedures/tools.
• Sustain and maintain 5s standards.
• Inspect parts - visual and using basic gauges.
• Complete required paperwork to include preparing labels, maintaining production logs, and recording process results.
