Installs, mounts, fastens, aligns and adjusts parts, components, wiring and infrastructure components. May also perform electrical and mechanical assembly of various components to be assembled into a final product. Ensures units are developed and integrated according to assembly and customer specifications.

Requirements

Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Assembly and Fabricator.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Works according to specific process design and instructions to ensure correct assembly or fabrication of mechanical or electrical component.
Meets or exceeds a time-defined quota of parts, components or assemblies.
Incorporates instructions and essential components to ensure line flow.
Performs basic requirements in all areas of the production process that are aligned to designated guidelines and instructions.
Picks parts manually or uses provided parts or components.
Under direct supervision, develops and applies basic procedural knowledge of equipment and machinery to be used to accomplish assembly or fabrication tasks.
Develops understanding of how own work affects others in the line or finished product.
Ensures units are developed and assembled according to specifications provided.
Seeks assistance from more experienced team members as required.
Follows all safety and procedural guidelines.
