About The Position
This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL location for our CHR Corporate Human Resources division. The Associate Architect, Talent Management you will deliver high-quality support for Abbott Workday Human Capital Management system, specifically the Talent & Learning & Development. You will work alongside our customers to help resolve issues with Corporate HR talent acquisition systems and processes. Must have process knowledge of Performance management/review, Goals setting, Development Planning, Succession planning and other Talent & Learning & Development related processes.
