To learn more about GSCY, visit our website: http://gscymca.org POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Aquatics the primary function of the Associate Aquatics Director is the coordination and day to day supervision of the Lifeguard, Swim/Aquacise Instructor and Deck Supervisor staff which includes training/certification, skill assessment and hiring. An additional key responsibility is to act as the leader/first responder in the event of an Emergency, either accidental or facility related, in the Aquatics Department. Secondary responsibilities include daily pool maintenance and shutdown cleaning scheduling and conduction. Some evening and weekend hours required.
