About The Position

Under general direction, the Associate Application Analyst is responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying and maintaining software applications. Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, IS and other departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system. Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic system. Provides solutions or resolves end-user system issues.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in business- preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED - Required
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Will ONLY consider candidates from the following states: MO, IL, TN, AR

  • documenting software applications
  • testing software applications
  • modifying software applications
  • maintaining software applications
  • building collaborative relationships with hospital leadership
  • building collaborative relationships with IS and other departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system
