As the Variable Compensation Associate Analyst you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, calculation and documentation of primarily one variable pay program (typically sales commission) for a single Business Unit (BU). You will perform basic calculations for the program. While extracting sales data from various systems and prepares the data by putting it into a standard format for purposes of calculating and processing commissions.
