Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • At least 6+ months relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Trading Support, MO products, and third-party vendor oversight.
  • ETF Operations and Collateral Loan Obligations (CLO) Fund Operations Experience.
  • Technical skills – knowledge of MO systems (i.e. Charles River IMS, SQL or similar).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and build strong relationships with Front Office.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Adept at managing complex issues, identifying alternative solutions and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support trade management functions for Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Bank Loan Trades including margin services and onboarding.
  • Support venture capital receipts/distribution management service, including Cash Management and Securities Lending.
  • Provide support for security, account, broker, and derivatives reference data services.
  • Provide oversight support for Investment Book of Record (IBOR) accuracy and risk initiatives to streamline operational processes.
