Responsibilities
- Provide fundamental equity research support for lead analyst.
- Work with quant team on portfolio construction and management.
- Generate ideas in small cap growth universe.
- Participate in a 3-5 year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future analysts.
- Conduct company/industry related research projects.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers.
- Perform extensive financial analysis.
- Interact with public company CEOs and CFOs both in our offices and on the road.
- Provide investment insight and impact the investment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-4 years relevant work experience (equity research or banking experience preferred).
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills including previous experience building three-statement models.
- Familiarity with quant models and coding.
- Creativity and ability to imagine.

- Experience on a team that has significantly ramped up a new investment product.
- Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity.
- Highly motivated, confident self-starter with ability to work independently and with others.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics.
- Completion of at least level 1 of the CFA preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from in-depth research and analysis.
