Helps end-users resolve issues with computer hardware or software. Responds to user inquiries, troubleshoots and diagnoses problems and identifies solutions with IT equipment and applications. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL, Southfield, MI or Memphis, TN, office. Please note: This role is NOT eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. As an Associate Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for second-level technical support, delivering solutions that keep our teams running smoothly. Whether it’s troubleshooting hardware, resolving software issues, or jumping in on-site to save the day, you’ll be a key player in creating a seamless tech experience.
