About The Position

As an Associate Analyst under the Data and Analytics Platform team, this person will start at an entry level role supporting the setup, operation, and maintenance of ETL data and analytics environments. The role involves assisting with data processing activities, monitoring data jobs, validating data quality, and supporting the smooth operation of the platform. The position requires attention to detail and good communication skills. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data systems and wants to build a foundation in data platform operations and analytics engineering.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of how data is stored, processed, and accessed in enterprise systems.
• Ability to follow data flows, verify results, and recognize inconsistencies.
• Able to document work clearly and collaborate with team members and leads.
• Familiarity with SQL, Linux or Windows environments, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Citizens or Green Card holders only (no visa sponsorship is offered for this role).

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of data and analytics platforms.
• Assist in monitoring scheduled data processes and resolving basic issues under guidance.
• Participate in platform maintenance activities, upgrades, and routine validations.
• Work with senior engineers and analysts to understand system behavior and dependencies.
• Document install, upgrade and remediation procedures.
• Assist in maintaining internal documentation, logs, and records for assigned tasks.
• Contribute to improving existing processes by identifying inefficiencies or recurring issues.
