The Associate Analyst Benefits will support the Leave of Absence and benefits functions. They will be a key member of the Benefits team by assisting in the administration of our Leave of Absence programs including Short-Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requests and all related Time Away from Work. The Associate Analyst will serve as a helpful contact for Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and employees in providing guidance and assistance on benefit-related inquiries and processes. The Associate Analyst also supports the Benefits Manager on vendor management, compliance, implementation and ongoing administration of other benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Workers' Compensation and voluntary benefits.
