Associate Analyst Accounting
About The Position
The Accounts Receivable Analyst position within Corporate Accounting is responsible for High Radius analysis and research as well as reporting and monitoring intercompany accounts, researching customer account discrepancies and completing special tasks as assigned. The High Radius platform optimizes cash flow through the automation of receivables and payments across cash application, credit, collections, deductions, electronic billing and payment processing. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on external customer issues related to High Radius cash application. Resolution will be reached through communication with internal customers, High Radius and JP Morgan to update remittance support and rules for incoming payments. Analyst will be responsible for facilitation of root cause analysis, engagement with relevant stakeholders and thorough follow through of all issues with a high degree of urgency. This is a fast paced environment producing both a high quality along with a high quantity of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience
- Working knowledge of SAP and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead, manage and interact professionally with a diverse team of resources.
- Job requires accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks when required.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
