About The Position

Conducts and supports AML/KYC reviews for investors and investments using proprietary software, while coordinating with offshore teams and communicating with clients and legal counsels. Manages documentation, tracks deadlines, fulfills client requests, and contributes to process improvements across multiple Private Equity funds. This position will work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based in the New York/New Jersey area, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong foundation for delivering professional services.
• Exceptional client service and effective communication skills, especially in writing.
• Ability to collaborate well in team environments, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision, producing high-quality work with extreme attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support AML/KYC reviews at both investor and investment levels using proprietary software.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for efficient completion of reviews.
• Communicate with clients and legal counsels via email to address routine and ad-hoc information requests.
• Track and manage deadlines, missing items, and post-close requests to ensure timely collection and completion of all required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records by updating internal files and proprietary systems to support compliance and operational transparency.
• Assess current processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and streamline AML/KYC workflows.
