Requirements

• Real estate license and willingness to join local MLS.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
• Reliable mode of transportation.
• Knowledge of the community.
• Proficiency with technology, including email and social media.
• Strong customer advocacy skills and ability to respond quickly to clients' changing needs.
